I had a great experience during my stay, with spacious and modern rooms that offered a wonderful view of the river. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help. However, I struggled with the heating system, which made the room a bit too warm for a comfortable night's sleep. Overall, it was definitely a good deal for the price with excellent amenities and a delicious breakfast buffet.

I had a pretty good experience at the hotel overall. The shuttle service, complete with a cheerful Kumamoto bear, made getting to the train station enjoyable. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but I did struggle with the heating, which made it too hot at night. The location, while a bit distant from major attractions, still allowed for pleasant walks along the river. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety. However, I was disappointed with the air conditioning situation, which could use improvement.
